Bahan :
- 1000 cc santan kental
- 200 gr gula pasir
- 2 pak agar agar putih
- 75 gr gula palem
- 50 gr kismis, direndam air hangat
- 1 1/2 butir kelapa kopyor
- garam halus secukupnya
Cara Membuat :
- Masak santan, agar agar, gula dan garam hingga mendidih sambil terus diaduk
- Aduk gula palem dan kelapa kopyor secukupnya kemudian aduk hingga rata
- Tuangkan bahan kopyor yang sudah dikocok kedalam cetakan puding dan ratakan
- Setelah dingin tuangkan adonan putih yang diberi sedikit pewarna makanan merah
- Siramkan adonan merah ke atasnya hingga rata
- Dinginkan kemudian potong potong sesuai selera
1000 cc thick coconut milk
200 grams sugar
2 pack so that white

How to Make:
Cook the coconut milk, agar agar, sugar and salt to the boil, stirring constantly
